HR Service Partner – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for HR-related questions from employees and management.

• Oversee a designated caseload via the ticketing system, ensuring prompt and precise resolutions.

• Handle a range of cases, including general inquiries and supporting the execution of processes like preboarding, job and compensation changes, time and attendance, leave of absence, benefits, etc., while consistently exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

• Address Tier 1 cases across all communication channels utilizing knowledge databases, FAQs, and standardized documentation.

• Refer unresolved or complex issues to Tier 2 and 3 as necessary.

• Process HR transactions in Workday as requested by People Leaders, HR partners, and staff members.

• Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across the board.

• Assist in the creation, upkeep, and ongoing enhancement of knowledge articles and HR resources.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and accuracy.

• Uphold strict confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information with care.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in HR, customer service, or administrative support (including logging and managing tickets/cases in the system).

• A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities along with a keen attention to detail.

• A technological mindset and proficiency in the MS Office suite.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment in managing confidential and sensitive employee and business information, consistently maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance.
