This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Provide daily assistance to the Crew Member Services team.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for employees by addressing HR-related inquiries through paper mail, email, web forms, and phone communications.
β’ Guide employees on Human Resources policies, procedures, systems, and processes across various HR functional areas.
β’ Create, update, and ensure the accuracy of employee records within the HRIS and case management systems.
β’ Thoroughly document employee interactions while upholding confidentiality.
β’ Process employee lifecycle transactions, which include new hires, status changes, transfers, promotions, and separations.
β’ Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
β’ Support benefits administration, payroll assistance, leave management, and other HR operational tasks.
β’ Track and achieve established SLAs and KPIs, such as customer satisfaction, case resolution, and closed contact metrics.
β’ Escalate complex employee relations or policy matters to the appropriate HR team members.
β’ Generate HR reports and maintain data integrity to ensure compliance and support business operations.
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery and operational procedures.
β’ Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and record retention mandates.
β’ Execute additional duties and special projects as assigned.
β’ May require working evenings, weekends, and/or holidays to support business operations.
β’ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
β’ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
β’ A minimum of one (1) year of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or Human Resources Administration is preferred.
β’ At least two (2) years of experience in a Shared Services environment, HR Service Center, People Operations, Customer Service, or Call Center environment is preferred.
β’ Experience with HRIS and case management systems is highly desirable.
β’ Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employee support processes.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
β’ Strong organizational capabilities with remarkable attention to detail.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Capacity to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology platforms.
β’ Experience with Workday, Legion, and Zendesk is strongly preferred.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is strongly preferred.
