HR Service Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service while addressing first-tier HR inquiries

• Document and monitor issues using a case management system

• Utilize language translation services for inquiries in languages other than English

• Execute administrative tasks, transactional duties, and manage data/records

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish

• Strong proficiency in computer skills

• Experience with HR software applications

• Prior experience in Human Resources and/or Customer Service is preferred
