This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and support to candidates regarding appropriate job and career options.

• Interact with potential candidates via phone calls, messages, and follow-up communications.

• Transform leads into successful enrollments, applications, or closures.

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with candidates.

• Meet assigned monthly and quarterly objectives.

• Keep precise records of candidate interactions and their progress.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless candidate experience.

• Both fresh graduates and experienced individuals are welcome to apply; prior experience in a target-driven environment is beneficial.
