• Expand the network of Touchers (freelance researchers-recruiters)

• Innovate in scouting and recruitment methods

• Determine the number of candidates to review and the timeline for doing so

• Collaborate in a freelance capacity

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection

• Interest in collaborating in a freelance format

• High proficiency in English is desirable
