HR Recruiter – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Join the HR team (currently consisting of 5 members) with a focus on the HR Business Partner approach, managing searches and clients independently.

• Comprehensive management of the process: intake, job profile, channels, headhunting, interviews, shortlist, and feedback loop.

• Consultative relationship with clients: guidance on priorities, trade-offs, packages, and selection processes.

• Structuring essential HR processes (streamlined and practical): foundations of job classifications/contracts (with consultants), personnel administration (flows, documentation, deadlines), onboarding, performance basics, lean policies, organization, and HR rituals.

• Continuous improvement: templates, pipelines, tools, and quality standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in HR/Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, preferably with experience in a corporate setting (internal HR/People/HR Generalist); a mix is acceptable, but we do not seek profiles that have only experienced agency recruiting.

• Excellent headhunting skills and end-to-end management capability.

• Startup/scale-up mentality: autonomy, speed, and decision-making ability.

• Precision and ownership: take a search and see it through to completion with high standards.

• Operational competencies (even at a basic level) in labor contracts, classifications, and HR administration.

• Experience in hiring Sales/Business profiles.

• Preferred residence in Turin (not mandatory).
