• Oversee and prioritize a high volume of salary and hourly job requisitions.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle and assist in developing effective recruiting strategies, processes, and tools.
• Support and implement diverse sourcing strategies, including generating referrals, creating job advertisements, utilizing direct sourcing tools, and collaborating with strategic industry partners.
• Become proficient in our Application Tracking System (ATS) - ADP to facilitate training and identify improvement opportunities within the recruitment process.
• Assist in the administration and management of HR & Employee programs (e.g., Training, Performance Reviews, or Employee Recognition).
• Opportunity for professional growth in HR Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment for both hourly and salary positions.
• Experience in providing HR support in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong sourcing capabilities utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn or Indeed.
• Experience with the administration of ATS and LMS platforms.
• Background in the corrugated industry is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• An early adopter of technology aimed at enhancing productivity and automation is advantageous.
