HR Project Manager – ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding professional service projects on the ServiceNow platform.

• Oversee all facets of ServiceNow projects on behalf of our clients.

• Direct project initiation, execution, and closure activities.

• Organize and schedule essential workshops, along with development, testing, and deployment activities in collaboration with customers.

• Maintain timely and effective communication with customers, provide status updates, and facilitate executive steering committee meetings.

• Assess risks, foresee potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies to resolve them.

• Exhibit a profound understanding of project management methodologies and principles.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of the products we implement and our clients' business needs.

• Engage in pre-sales activities as required.

• Strive for excellence in every aspect of work.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience leading Enterprise Software implementations as a consultant or internal project manager.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Adopt a collaborative "WE" approach over an individual "ME" perspective.

• Willingness and capability to undergo background checks and drug testing for projects involving Federal, State, and Local agencies.

• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management implementations is a plus.
