HR Project Manager – 12 months contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with HR Operations leadership on global initiatives.

• Foster a mindset of operational excellence within the Global HR function.

• Outline, strategize, and lead team activities to achieve project goals.

• Work alongside HR and key stakeholders on projects aligned with business objectives.

• Create project work plans and adjust them as necessary.

• Pinpoint strategic areas to enhance operational efficiency.

• Develop processes, tools, and templates to facilitate project execution.

• Regularly update management on project progress and implementation status.

• Assist with HR Systems upgrades and implementations (e.g., HCMs, Workday, Oracle).

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is required.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience, with a preference for 5+ years in a Project Management role.

• Previous experience applying these techniques within an HR function is highly preferred.

• Project Management Certification (PMP) is required.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Visio, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
