HR & Performance Management Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the functional lead for the Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Performance Management modules.

• Collaborate directly with senior client stakeholders to collect requirements and provide guidance on solution design.

• Configure and assist with Oracle HCM Core HR and Performance business processes.

• Convert business requirements into system configurations and process recommendations.

• Facilitate testing, validation, and obtain stakeholder approval.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant specializing in Core HR and Performance Management.

• Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting to senior stakeholders.

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification is required.

• Background in Talent/Performance calibration cycles.
