This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Manage the complete Turkish payroll process independently, adhering to established standards and client specifications, including all related payroll duties.
• Oversee and organize ticket queues utilizing the appropriate tools to ensure timely handling of tickets, ensuring they do not surpass expected limits.
• Detect deviations from standard service scope and respond accordingly, including identifying and supporting opportunities for change requests.
• Demonstrate the ability to recognize and appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Generate and comprehend both standard and client-specific payroll reports, including statutory year-end reporting requirements.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, initiating corrections according to established standards.
• Address inquiries and requests related to Turkish payroll.
• Provide clear knowledge transfer to colleagues.
• Assist in managing system maintenance testing.
• Aid in the coordination and resolution of technical issues.
• Stay informed about legislative requirements, system updates, changes, and overall payroll procedures.
• Engage in projects and activities as required and assigned.
• In-depth knowledge of various inputs and outputs, including third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits, and other critical areas that intersect with payroll.
• Capability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
• Proficient in English and Turkish (minimum B2 level).
• Strong command of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to adapt to a global and fast-paced work environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven with a strong desire to learn.
• Approximately 2-3 years of relevant experience in Payroll administration within an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or corporate setting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while also being capable of working independently and adhering to established processes and procedures.
