This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Develop, document, and enhance key HR operational processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
β’ Design and execute HR templates (contracts, letters, policy documents) that comply with local regulations and align with Lumine standards.
β’ Oversee monthly payroll input in collaboration with external service providers.
β’ Assist in managing basic employee relations issues in accordance with German employment law.
β’ Ensure HR operations adhere to local German regulations and internal Lumine governance standards.
β’ Collaborate closely with local leadership to provide effective HR support that aligns with business priorities.
β’ Offer guidance and assistance to any junior HR or administrative personnel as necessary.
β’ Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing HR operations in Germany, preferably within a small or growing business (fewer than 150 employees).
β’ Strong practical understanding of German employment law and HR processes.
β’ Proven experience in managing payroll inputs and coordination.
β’ Experience collaborating with works councils, including involvement in basic consultations.
β’ Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
