HR Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance essential HR and personnel processes

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle

• Oversee and refine our Applicant Tracking System (ClearCompany)

• Leverage AI tools and automation to boost operational efficiency

• Monitor and report on crucial HR and recruitment metrics

• Maintain accurate employee records that are audit-ready in ADP

• Recognize areas for improvement, prioritize enhancements, and execute solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in HR operations, people operations, or a similar position within a growing organization

• Extensive background in recruitment, onboarding, and process optimization

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective processes

• Familiarity with using and enhancing an ATS

• Keen interest in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through

• Solid understanding of UK HR processes and compliance

• Experience with systems such as ADP, Notion, or comparable tools
