This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Manage employee lifecycle transactions within HR systems, encompassing hires, transfers, organizational modifications, compensation alterations, benefits adjustments, and terminations.
β’ Ensure the accuracy of employee records, documentation, and personnel files in alignment with company policies, data privacy regulations, and retention standards.
β’ Oversee HR workflows, approvals, and case management activities.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, addressing or escalating HR operational inquiries.
β’ Assist in the maintenance of HR systems, including data entry, reporting, data validation, and quality assurance.
β’ Administer employee documentation such as contracts, letters, employment changes, and HR correspondence.
β’ Aid in audits, compliance, governance, right-to-work checks, background screening, and pre-employment requirements.
β’ Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, invoicing, eligibility reporting, and reconciliation across supported regions.
β’ Generate recurring and ad-hoc HR reports, data extracts, operational metrics, and workforce administration information.
β’ Provide administrative and coordination support for HR projects, process implementations, annual HR programs, and employee experience initiatives.
β’ Identify and implement process enhancements while maintaining standard operating procedures and process documentation.
β’ Collaborate with HR Operations, HRIS, payroll, HR business partners, benefit providers, and other stakeholders.
β’ Proven experience in supporting HR administration, HR operations, shared services, or employee lifecycle processes within a complex organizational setting.
β’ Background in processing employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, changes, transfers, and terminations.
β’ Experience in maintaining precise and confidential employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
β’ Familiarity with HR systems for transaction processing, record maintenance, and operational HR activities.
β’ Experience in payroll administration or payroll-related data management across one or more jurisdictions.
β’ Knowledge of employee benefits administration, provider coordination, and reconciliation.
β’ Experience with HR workflows, case management, and service delivery environments.
β’ Ability to prepare and validate HR reports, employee data, and operational metrics.
β’ Experience in supporting compliance, audit, record management, or data quality initiatives.
β’ Proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders, service providers, or external vendors.
β’ Understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR administration best practices, and operational service delivery.
β’ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication, customer service, and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Ability to handle confidential information and work independently while managing changing priorities.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
β’ Familiarity with HR systems, databases, workflow or ticketing systems, payroll, and benefits platforms.
β’ Understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, and information security principles.
β’ Experience with Oracle HCM or similar HR systems is preferred.
β’ Relevant HR, administration, payroll, or business qualifications or certifications are desirable.
