This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of escalation for all matters related to Contract Management.
• Identify and offer guidance, coaching, and development opportunities for direct reports to cultivate a high-performance team.
• Assume full responsibility for the recruitment, training, skill enhancement, mentoring, and supervision of the regional team to foster their growth and development.
• Collaborate effectively across various domains, including but not limited to Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success, as well as with internal stakeholders in the Lifecycle team to efficiently execute and enhance existing integrations, processes, workflows, iterations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with Remote’s business goals.
• Enhance and optimize the Lifecycle Contracts Management team's processes, existing workflows, and tools, including identifying opportunities for automation to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Be capable of transitioning from "scout to scale" and initiating projects.
• Serve as an internal and external advocate for Remote's values and the objectives of the Lifecycle team.
• Demonstrated experience in HR Operations across multiple countries in the APAC region, with comprehensive knowledge of contracts management and labor law.
• Proven history of scaling or managing HR Operations across diverse APAC markets, with substantial expertise in local labor compliance and contract management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
• Practical people management experience with a coaching-oriented mindset.
• Proficient with technology and experienced in utilizing a variety of digital tools.
• Driven by the achievement of goals, accustomed to operating in a service-level environment with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in startups and remote work is a plus.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• While remote work experience is not mandatory, it is considered an advantage.
• Capable of securely managing and maintaining employee data and confidential information, adhering to established protocols, and ensuring the highest level of professionalism and discretion in handling and accessing such information.
