HR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the overarching business objectives.

• Act as a liaison between management and employees by responding to requests, concerns, or other issues.

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process.

• Assist in meeting current and future business requirements by fostering the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.

• Create and evaluate comprehensive HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures throughout the organization.

• Cultivate a positive work environment.

• Supervise and manage a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance.

• Administer the compensation plan and benefits program.

• Identify training needs and implement as well as monitor training programs.

• Report to management and provide decision-making support through HR metrics.

• Ensure adherence to legal regulations in all aspects of human resource management.

• Demonstrated experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR executive role.

• People-focused and results-oriented.

• Proven expertise in human resources metrics.

• Familiarity with HR systems and databases.

• Ability to devise strategies complemented by strong leadership skills.

• Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to establish and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels within the organization.

• Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
