HR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the founding team to develop and expand the people function.

• Oversee comprehensive HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and employee record maintenance.

• Lead the full recruitment cycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.

• Work with hiring managers to draft and enhance job descriptions.

• Accurately process payroll in collaboration with the finance team.

• Ensure adherence to HR policies and relevant statutory obligations.

• Create and enhance employee onboarding programs.

• Maintain HR documentation and tracking systems.

• Facilitate performance reviews, feedback cycles, and goal-setting initiatives.

• Address employee inquiries and promote a positive workplace culture.

• Develop HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communication strategies.

• Assist with additional HR initiatives that align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager positions.

• Proven experience in managing comprehensive HR operations.

• Strong background in hiring and talent acquisition.

• Practical experience with payroll management and ensuring statutory compliance.

• Experience in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Familiarity with HR policies, compliance requirements, and documentation practices.

• Experience in managing attendance, leave, and employee records.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proven ability to lead performance management processes.
