This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Provides assistance to the Employee Relations, Office of Equal Access, and Organizational Development teams along with their client groups by performing tasks such as coordination, filing, project management, data entry and analysis, processing in the Workday Integration System, handling unemployment claims, offering immigration support, and executing administrative duties.
β’ Aids in promoting employee relations initiatives.
β’ Oversees incoming employee relations inquiries, delivers thorough documentation, and captures precise and comprehensive notes to facilitate case resolution.
β’ Conducts investigations into performance and corrective action-related issues, EEOC claims, engages in Title IX administration, and addresses other organizational charges or complaints.
β’ Coordinates and monitors activities to guarantee that programs comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines, while also adhering to human resources management policies and procedures.
β’ Responds to inquiries regarding HR policy interpretation from employees.
β’ Researches and drafts high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
β’ Maintains and audits employee relations and other tracking systems, including but not limited to ADA accommodations, immigration sponsorship, grievances, reductions in force, performance management, and remote work requests.
β’ Supports onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and assists in compiling quarterly and annual reports.
β’ Collaborates with the Manager and Organizational Development to gather and analyze departmental needs, identifying opportunities to enhance talent development, employee engagement, and team building.
β’ Performs additional duties as assigned.
β’ Minimum Required Education: Bachelorβs degree.
β’ Minimum Required Experience: 1 year.
β’ Proven interpersonal and customer service skills.
β’ Capability to manage sensitive, confidential, and private information securely and responsibly.
β’ Extensive working knowledge of computers, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases (MS Office).
β’ Ability to engage with all levels of management and employees across various departments.
β’ Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
β’ Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented and proficient in managing workflow.
