HR Manager – AI First

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the HR function from start to finish across Storm Ideas and Storyteller

• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, right-to-work verifications, and reference checks

• Develop self-sustaining workflows for the employee lifecycle

• Keep an up-to-date and accessible handbook that complies with UK employment legislation

• Conduct performance evaluations, compensation assessments, and promotion evaluations utilizing accurate data

• Provide reports on headcount, attrition rates, compensation, and employee tenure

• Manage international contractors and employees across various markets

• Address EOR arrangements, contractor compliance, and offshore onboarding processes

• Leverage AI for policy revisions, compensation evaluations, and meeting summaries while ensuring output verification

• Streamline HR functions through automation, including contract creation, onboarding, and offboarding

• Create internal tools utilizing Airtable, HRIS management, prompt engineering, and no-code automation

• Apply sound judgement concerning AI utilization, legal implications, and the handling of sensitive personal information

• Showcase what has been developed or automated with AI during the application process

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of UK employment law, encompassing contracts, policies, and compliance

• Proven experience in AI implementation, with tangible examples of projects built, automated, or delivered

• Excellent spreadsheet proficiency

• Strong skills in HRIS management

• Comfortable utilizing automation tools

• Eagerness to learn about emerging technologies and adapt quickly

• Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgement

• Capability to manage challenging conversations

• Legal eligibility to work in Egypt, either without restrictions or through a visa

• Preferred: CIPD or equivalent qualification

• Preferred: Experience in agency, SaaS, or fast-growing technology sectors

• Preferred: Experience with multi-country operations or EOR
