HR Lawyer – Employment Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate employment contracts.

• Provide guidance on matters related to the employee lifecycle.

• Assist with organizational transformations and workforce planning.

• Offer advice on remote work and international employment issues.

• Create and uphold HR policies and procedures.

• Keep track of developments in employment law.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed attorney in an EU or US jurisdiction.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in employment and labor law.

• Comprehensive understanding of employment law frameworks.

• Exceptional English communication skills.

• Capability to work autonomously.

• Strong business acumen and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
