This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management and maintenance of our scheduling and time management systems, particularly ORTEC and LOGA-Zeitwirtschaft.

• Handling inquiries and issue reports from our facilities, as well as implementing adjustments and configurations within the system.

• Establishment of working time and duty roster models, taking into account collective bargaining agreements and legal requirements.

• Participation in system testing and support during releases and updates.

• Creation of data imports and evaluations for our facilities.

• Conducting user training sessions and maintaining process and system documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or healthcare, ideally with further qualifications (e.g., HR specialist IHK, healthcare management specialist, or equivalent).

• Digital affinity: enthusiasm for HR systems, digital processes, and working with scheduling software.

• Ideally, initial practical experience in human resources, scheduling, or time management, preferably related to scheduling systems like ORTEC or LOGA-Zeitwirtschaft.

• Basic knowledge of collective agreements, employment contract guidelines, or working time regulations is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in handling complex spreadsheets, evaluations, and pivot tables.

• Structured, service-oriented work approach and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders.
