
HR Intern – Recruitment and Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to identify recruitment requirements.
• Create and disseminate job advertisements to educational institutions.
• Engage in sourcing candidates and conduct recruitment interviews.
• Facilitate the integration of new hires through onboarding, assignment coaching, and mentoring.
• Aid in administrative tasks including internship agreements, tools, and remote work management.
• Conduct HR training sessions focusing on tools, processes, and soft skills.
• Oversee and validate HR learning pathways and the competencies acquired.
• Contribute to the monitoring and enhancement of our collaborative HRIS.
• Ongoing, upcoming, or completed education in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Occupational/Work Psychology.
• A strong enthusiasm for HR, training, and project management with a focus on people.
• Well-organized, self-sufficient, and proactive.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities, active listening skills, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in collaborative tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Notion.
• Minimum proficiency in French: B2 (English skills are an advantage).
• In-depth training on HR processes, management tools, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Hands-on experience leading sessions and delivering practical HR support.
• Educational supervision and validation of HR competencies.
• Career coaching services including assessment, Ikigai, and training planning.
• Structured remote work environment utilizing collaborative tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams.
• Issuance of an internship certificate and a certificate of acquired skills.
• Membership in the gaea21 alumni network, comprised of over 3,000 individuals supported.
• Acknowledgment within a professionalization or career-transition pathway.
