This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Manage compensation and benefits programs.
β’ Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
β’ Facilitate employee onboarding and coordinate training and development initiatives.
β’ Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters such as leaves, compensation, and workplace issues.
β’ Advocate for HR programs to foster an efficient and conflict-free work environment.
β’ Support the creation and execution of HR policies.
β’ Engage in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
β’ Collect and evaluate HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, turnover rates).
β’ Organize quarterly and annual performance reviews for employees.
β’ Keep employee files and records organized in both electronic and paper formats.
β’ Improve job satisfaction by addressing issues promptly, introducing new perks and benefits, and planning team-building activities.
β’ Ensure adherence to labor regulations.
β’ Supervise and support remote/work-from-home employees through tools, reports, and regular check-ins to maintain productivity and accountability.
β’ Proven track record as an HR Generalist with a strong background in recruitment.
β’ Demonstrated experience in managing remote/work-from-home employees.
β’ Familiarity with general HR policies and procedures.
β’ Solid understanding of employment and labor laws.
β’ Excellent proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) is a plus.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
β’ Additional HR training is advantageous.
