πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the primary contact for employee relations inquiries

β€’ Evaluate HRBP Agent intake to ensure guidance is precise and aligns with regional legal standards

β€’ Refer complex employee relations matters to HRBPs

β€’ Assist in follow-up actions, facilitate manager communications, and monitor case closure

β€’ Aid in performance management cycles, goal setting, and coordination of reviews

β€’ Support the compensation cycle by preparing and consolidating data

β€’ Organize engagement initiatives, conduct surveys, and implement action plans

β€’ Participate in global culture-building efforts and contribute to HR projects and programs

β€’ Oversee internal team transfers, including necessary documentation and transitions

β€’ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations during the onboarding process

β€’ Facilitate role readiness, buddy assignments, and team integration activities

β€’ Perform new-hire check-ins, collect pulse feedback, and conduct exit interviews as needed

β€’ Monitor headcount, hiring, and attrition trends using workforce intelligence dashboards

β€’ Compile quarterly HR dashboards and provide actionable insights to HRBPs

β€’ Analyze employee exit data and propose retention strategies

β€’ Work with HR Operations to ensure the accuracy of HRIS data

β€’ Develop a comprehensive understanding of business structure, roles, leveling, and skill frameworks

β€’ Engage in workforce discussions and project meetings

β€’ Assist HRBPs with necessary data, documentation, and team insights


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR coordination or people programs

β€’ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow-through skills

β€’ Strong attention to detail and capability to handle confidential information

β€’ Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

β€’ Eagerness to develop HRBP skills and gain insights into the engineering business

β€’ Ideally has experience working across various geographical regions

β€’ Familiarity with GTM, Engineering, Corporate, and other business sectors

β€’ Proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets

β€’ Experience with HRIS data management

β€’ Interest in AI development

β€’ Background in supporting remote-first teams across diverse regions

β€’ Must reside in and be authorized to work in Mexico

β€’ Proficient in spoken and written English
