πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee and assist in recruitment efforts, which include posting job vacancies, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and tracking recruitment progress.

β€’ Generate recruitment documentation and uphold necessary approvals and records.

β€’ Provide support to hiring managers and recruiters throughout the entire recruitment process.

β€’ Facilitate pre-employment tasks and coordinate onboarding procedures.

β€’ Process transactions related to compensation and assist with salary adjustments, market movement evaluations, and compensation programs.

β€’ Keep compensation records updated, and carry out data validation, audits, reports, and analyses related to compensation.

β€’ Address inquiries from employees and managers concerning compensation processes and policies.

β€’ Manage global mobility requests, including international assignments, transfers, remote work arrangements, and related employment actions.

β€’ Maintain records for global mobility, track milestones and deadlines, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

β€’ Monitor immigration, payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements for employee mobility processes.

β€’ Preserve employee records and data within the HR system.

β€’ Handle HR transactions and changes in employment status.

β€’ Respond to inquiries from employees and managers, and escalate complex issues as necessary.

β€’ Assist in audits, compliance reviews, data quality initiatives, HR projects, process enhancements, and special initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related area.

β€’ At least 3 years of increasingly responsible HR experience.

β€’ Experience in supporting recruitment, compensation, HR operations, or global mobility procedures.

β€’ Familiarity with HR information systems and applicant tracking systems.

β€’ Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.

β€’ Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

β€’ Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including experience with HR data.

β€’ Knowledge of compensation administration, job evaluation, and salary review processes.

β€’ Understanding of global mobility, international assignments, immigration support, or cross-border employment processes.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

β€’ Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

β€’ Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

β€’ Fluency in French or Spanish is considered an asset.
