This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +6 more states.
• Serve as the main HR partner for both employees and managers throughout the APAC region.
• Facilitate the entire employee lifecycle, which encompasses onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
• Ensure that HR processes are in line with local labor laws and employment regulations across diverse APAC jurisdictions.
• Oversee employee records within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
• Organize recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers.
• Aid in performance review cycles by preparing relevant materials, monitoring timelines, and providing support to managers.
• Address employee inquiries regarding contracts, benefits, leave policies, and HR procedures.
• Collaborate with payroll providers and finance teams to guarantee precise and timely payroll management.
• Track and report on HR metrics such as headcount, attrition rates, and hiring performance.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and regional team events.
• Revise and update HR policies to ensure alignment with company standards and local legal requirements.
• Work together with external vendors, recruitment partners, benefits providers, and legal advisors.
• Collaborate with the global HR team to execute company-wide initiatives throughout the APAC region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Familiarity with employment legislation in at least one APAC country, such as the Philippines, India, Japan, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel for reporting and HR analytics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Comfortable with remote work while collaborating with teams across various time zones.
• Highly organized with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Fluency in additional APAC languages is an advantage.
• Experience in supporting regional or international HR operations is beneficial.
• Familiarity with fast-growing SaaS or technology companies is advantageous.
• Experience utilizing HR data to inform decision-making is a plus.
• A passion for enhancing employee experiences and continuous process improvement is desirable.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, multicultural environments is a plus.
