HR Engagement, Culture Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of designing and implementing our employee engagement strategy throughout the organization.

• Create initiatives that enhance connection, motivation, and a sense of belonging among employees.

• Assess engagement levels using surveys, feedback, and data, and convert insights into actionable plans.

• Continuously enhance the employee experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle.

• Advocate for and enhance the culture that embodies Advantage HQ.

• Ensure our values are consistently integrated into hiring, onboarding, recognition, performance, communication, and daily experiences.

• Develop unforgettable experiences that inspire employees to be excited about working at Advantage HQ.

• Organize virtual events, celebrations, recognition programs, company-wide initiatives, and team-building activities.

• Create scalable employee recognition initiatives that acknowledge exceptional performance and adherence to our company values.

• Collaborate with leadership to foster transparency and communication throughout the company.

• Work together with Talent Acquisition to highlight our culture through social media, employee testimonials, career pages, and employer branding campaigns.

• Offer guidance on best practices for employee engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, Culture, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, HR, or People & Culture.

• Proven experience in developing employee engagement programs within a rapidly growing organization.

• Strong knowledge of employee experience, organizational culture, and best practices throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Highly creative, with a talent for transforming ideas into impactful programs.

• Proficient in utilizing employee feedback and data to inform decisions.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and meticulous attention to detail.

• Enthusiastic about fostering outstanding employee experiences.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
