This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Assist in defining the roadmap for HR Analytics and the necessary toolsets, including strategies for system implementation.
• Create automated and scalable reporting and analytical frameworks to enhance data accessibility and support decision-making processes.
• Ensure the quality, governance, and integrity of all HR data sources.
• Facilitate advanced analytical initiatives such as predictive modeling, workforce planning, and talent insights.
• Aid in Business Process optimization efforts to ensure alignment with defined HR data governance.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and leadership teams to identify analytics requirements and propose solutions.
• Provide support for Operational Reporting requests as needed.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, IT, or a relevant field.
• Over 8 years of pertinent experience, including work with geographically distributed teams.
• Background in HR analytics, People Analytics, HR reporting, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Workday reporting and HR data architecture.
• Established ability to handle complex datasets.
• Experience in developing dashboards, analytical frameworks, and automated reporting.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills to facilitate process optimization and system implementations.
• Proficient with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
