This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
β’ Develop, construct, and sustain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics utilizing Workday data.
β’ Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance reporting, analytics, and data interpretation.
β’ Convert intricate HR data into clear insights and impactful visual representations.
β’ Serve as a reliable partner for HR leadership and HR Business Partners on a global scale.
β’ Confidently present data, trends, and insights to senior stakeholders.
β’ Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of data across global HR reporting.
β’ Continuously enhance reporting standards, automation, and analytics capabilities.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
β’ Proven experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data analysis, preferably in a global HR setting.
β’ Extensive hands-on experience with Workday reporting and dashboard creation.
β’ AI-aware mindset, with initial practical experience using tools such as Copilot.
β’ Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication, including data presentation.
β’ Capability to clearly articulate data to non-technical audiences.
β’ Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to work.
β’ Participate in employee resource groups like the Pride Network Group or Women's groups.
