This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, which includes gathering and verifying necessary documentation.
β’ Keep employee personnel files accurate and up-to-date.
β’ Support with employment paperwork, I-9 documentation, background checks, and other onboarding tasks.
β’ Engage with employees about HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll inquiries, and required documents.
β’ Offer bilingual assistance to Spanish-speaking employees and help translate HR communications when necessary.
β’ Organize employee onboarding to ensure that new hires are adequately prepared before arriving at project sites.
β’ Aid with employee changes, transfers, terminations, and various HR administrative processes.
β’ Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring that information is accurate and confidential.
β’ Assist with payroll and timekeeping processes by addressing employee questions and resolving discrepancies.
β’ Support HR management with employee relations issues and associated documentation.
β’ Help facilitate benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
β’ Monitor employee certifications, training, compliance documents, and other essential records.
β’ Collaborate closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from hiring to deployment.
β’ Assist with internal HR communications and disseminate company policies, announcements, and other critical information.
β’ Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Administration, HR Coordination, Recruiting Coordination, or a related area.
β’ Proficiency in both English and Spanish β written and spoken.
β’ Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to manage confidential employee information in a professional manner.
β’ Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, or employee management systems is preferred.
β’ Experience supporting a large or hourly workforce is highly desirable.
β’ Background in blue-collar, construction, staffing, manufacturing, logistics, or data center industries is advantageous.
β’ Attentive to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
β’ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other common business applications.
β’ Experience supporting workforces in construction, electrical, telecommunications, data center, staffing, or other skilled trades is highly preferred.
