This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee and audit payroll across multiple states, ensuring both accuracy and timely processing.

β€’ Manage employee benefits, which includes handling enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and addressing employee inquiries.

β€’ Keep employee records and HRIS data meticulously accurate.

β€’ Act as the initial point of contact for employee HR inquiries, delivering outstanding customer service.

β€’ Organize onboarding and offboarding processes.

β€’ Aid in reporting workers’ compensation and managing claims.

β€’ Provide support for unemployment claims and employment verification requests.

β€’ Generate HR reports, conduct audits, and prepare compliance documentation.

β€’ Collaborate with the Finance team regarding payroll and employee data as necessary.

β€’ Assist in the administration of leaves, including FMLA and other protected leave types.

β€’ Ensure the maintenance of HR documents, policies, and employee files.

β€’ Coordinate the paperwork and logistics for new hires and orientation.

β€’ Contribute to special projects and process enhancement initiatives.

β€’ Execute additional administrative tasks to support the Human Resources department.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Payroll.

β€’ Strong organizational abilities accompanied by exceptional attention to detail.

β€’ Capability to manage various priorities in a dynamic work environment.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

β€’ High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS applications.

β€’ Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and shifting priorities.

β€’ Experience with a multi-state workforce is preferred.

β€’ Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is preferred.

β€’ Experience with HRIS systems is preferred; knowledge of Viventium is a plus.

β€’ SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
