This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assists Human Resources and Corporate Administration by overseeing administrative and HR operations.
β’ Manages the credentialing process as part of Credentialing & Compliance.
β’ Collaborates with the Human Resources Director and Chief Legal Officer to gather employee documentation.
β’ Aids in new hire onboarding, E-Verify processes, and offboarding, including separation notices.
β’ Utilizes HRIS to ensure the accuracy of employee records.
β’ Enhances employee engagement and organizes related activities.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ At least three years of progressive experience in human resources and administrative roles.
β’ Proficient in MS Office and experienced with an HRIS.
β’ Possesses critical and analytical thinking abilities.
β’ Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
β’ Capable of effective oral and written communication with all levels of leadership.
