HR Consultant – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Delivering dependable and expert support to employees

• Proactively identifying employee needs

• Tailoring the employee experience

• Providing coaching, facilitation, and advisory services

• Collaborating with managers and teams throughout the employment lifecycle

• Offering guidance on team effectiveness, engagement, career development, termination, and performance management

• Working in partnership with COE and Business teams to design and implement programs

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience

• Proficiency in both German and English

• HR professional with a track record of collaboration with all levels, including Senior Leaders, managers, and employees throughout the employment lifecycle

• Expertise in coaching and facilitation

• Knowledgeable in local employment laws and practices, employee relations, compensation, and benefits

• Strong supporter of Company culture and values

• Previous experience in a multinational matrix organization is preferred

• Certifications such as MBTI, Strength Finder, or Coaching are advantageous
