HR Business Partner – Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Cultivate robust working relationships with managers and team leaders to grasp operational needs and challenges.

• Deliver practical HR guidance and support regarding daily personnel matters.

• Collaborate with leaders to execute HR strategies that enhance team performance and achieve business objectives.

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and offer guidance and resolution assistance.

• Conduct fact-finding and support investigations as necessary.

• Foster a positive workplace by facilitating conflict resolution and effective communication.

• Aid in performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, coaching, performance improvement plans, and developmental discussions.

• Roll out employee engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programs, and cultural activities.

• Assess employee feedback and propose enhancements to boost employee satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, company standards, and Philippine labor regulations.

• Assist with audits, documentation, and improvements to HR processes.

• Monitor and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, and engagement data.

• Provide insights and recommendations regarding workforce trends.

• Facilitate the implementation of HR programs, tools, and organizational changes.

• Support communications and training related to new initiatives.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR processes and practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of HR experience, ideally in an HRBP or generalist role.

• Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote setting.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in the BPO or shared services sector is a significant advantage.

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is beneficial but not mandatory.
