HR Business Partner – Generalist

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Deliver exceptional and consistent HR support to leaders at the site level.

β€’ Act as a liaison between HR operational support that interacts with Team Members and overarching business strategies.

β€’ Provide guidance and coaching to line managers and Team Members on performance management, development, policies, team dynamics, engagement, and retention.

β€’ Oversee and navigate complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, corrective actions, and termination procedures.

β€’ Perform structured intake interviews, document and classify workplace issues, and suggest suitable actions.

β€’ Evaluate employee relations cases and escalate investigations, compliance risks, legal exposure, or challenging coaching requirements to the relevant HR teams.

β€’ Utilize HR analytics, such as turnover and engagement survey outcomes, to shape recommendations.

β€’ Aid in change management, organizational transitions, talent management, workforce and succession planning, performance management, and annual salary review cycles.

β€’ Lead talent review calibration meetings and follow up on development, training, and mentoring initiatives.

β€’ Collaborate with HR leadership, business leaders, and learning and development teams on HR initiatives and targeted learning opportunities.

β€’ Ensure consistent application and enhancement of HR policies, processes, and programs.

β€’ Complete necessary training and compliance courses while engaging in other related tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

β€’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a capacity to learn new technology platforms.

β€’ Proven expertise in managing intricate employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and coaching managers through challenging situations.

β€’ Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.

β€’ Ability to foresee needs and demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making skills.

β€’ Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

β€’ A BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree, or 3+ years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the educational requirement.

β€’ 1–3 years of related professional experience.

β€’ Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.
