HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Align business goals with staff and management within designated business units.

• Develop collaborations across the HR function to provide value-added services to both management and employees.

• Maintain a strong understanding of the business’s financial standing, midrange plans, culture, and competitive landscape.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members within the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 8 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues in a software technology environment.

• Proficient knowledge of various human resource disciplines, such as compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and applicable federal and state employment laws.

• Possession of a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, or a Master’s degree in one of the human resource fields.
