This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, proactively resolving issues, and advising management on necessary follow-up actions.
β’ Offer guidance and coaching to supervisors and managers on standard employee relations and performance management topics; assist with company policies and practices; provide recommendations and escalate issues to HR leadership as needed; and support the creation and delivery of appropriate feedback or disciplinary measures.
β’ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on the recruitment and selection process for positions ranging from entry-level to managerial roles.
β’ Support supervisors and managers in crafting clear and comprehensive job descriptions; work closely with compensation to assess positions.
β’ Lead the annual performance appraisal process for designated customer groups, ensuring audits of appraisals to provide employees with clear, constructive, and meaningful feedback.
β’ Act as a representative of the HR Business Partner team by participating in HR project teams and potentially leading smaller-scale projects.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Development, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; a high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
β’ Must have eligibility to work in the United States without the requirement for a work visa or residency sponsorship.
β’ Proven ability to independently collaborate and consult with individuals at various levels within the organization.
β’ Strong communication, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
β’ Self-driven with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.
β’ Capable of maintaining a high level of confidentiality and effectively addressing sensitive issues while facilitating critical interactions.
β’ Working knowledge of relevant state and federal employment, labor, and compliance regulations.
β’ Intermediate proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
β’ Developed skills in data analysis and interpretation.
