HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide daily HR support for designated business groups

• Serve as the primary HR partner for the assigned business units

• Utilize internal analytics to identify trends and offer guidance to leaders

• Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program

• Assist in the administration of compensation strategies

• Offer coaching to managers regarding pay practices

• Collect and maintain HR data, and prepare reports

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in human resources, ideally within a shared services setting

• In-depth knowledge and application of employment laws and regulations

• Proficient in HR software (e.g., ADP, PeopleSoft) and the Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity and understanding of various HR functions and best practices

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous
