This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide daily HR support for designated business groups
β’ Serve as the main HR partner for assigned business units
β’ Utilize internal analytics to discover trends and advise leaders
β’ Create and implement a comprehensive onboarding program
β’ Manage compensation strategies, including COLA assessments and quarterly/annual incentive plans
β’ Offer coaching to managers regarding compensation practices
β’ Work with the HR team to ensure adherence to employment regulations
β’ Collect and maintain data, compile reports, and assist in analyzing HR metrics
β’ Over 3 years of experience in human resources, ideally within a shared services setting
β’ Strong understanding and application of employment laws and regulations
β’ Proficient in HR software (e.g., ADP, PeopleSoft) and the Microsoft Office Suite
β’ Exposure to various HR functions and familiarity with best practices
β’ HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous
