This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Collaborate with designated business units and department leaders to ensure HR strategies are in sync with business goals, facilitating rapid growth and operational efficacy.
• Serve as a coach and advisor to leaders regarding all elements of talent management, organizational structure, and team performance.
• Spearhead workforce planning and change management initiatives specifically designed for healthcare technology operations.
• Deliver data-driven insights on workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational design that adapt to growth.
• Counsel leaders on organizational structure, talent allocation, and role evolution as part of the offshoring strategy as the organization expands.
• Develop and execute scalable talent management frameworks, including performance, succession, and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to facilitate high-volume hiring initiatives and onboarding processes.
• Oversee succession planning, performance management, and career development strategies to ensure alignment of resources with company growth.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace through engagement initiatives and transparent communication.
• Evaluate employee engagement survey results and guide department-specific action plans.
• Lead organizational restructuring, ensure role clarity, and enhance capability building to support growth, offshoring strategies, and changing business requirements.
• Work with managers to identify skills gaps in both technical and clinical areas.
• Encourage a culture of learning by promoting relevant training and certification programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive HRBP experience within an organization that has over 800 employees.
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare HR.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is preferred.
• Experience in supporting organizational change, workforce transformation, or scaling initiatives is essential.
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
• Experience with post-merger integration is highly desirable.
• Background in supporting workforce strategies that encompass offshoring or global delivery models is preferred.
• Strong judgment and flexibility are required when policies, processes, or structures remain under development.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Residency in Louisiana is strongly preferred.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTable, VLOOKUP) are highly preferred.
