HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to your Operations VP

• Engage in leadership discussions and align people strategy with business outcomes

• Strengthen talent pipelines within your market

• Facilitate development conversations and ensure transparency regarding leadership readiness

• Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively

• Implement core HR processes consistently, such as performance management, compliance, and communication of essential programs

• Maintain a regular presence in your market to establish trust with frontline teams and leaders

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or generalist in a multi-site, field-based setting

• Proven ability to forge strong relationships with operational leaders and drive positive outcomes

• Extensive experience in employee relations, including conducting investigations and managing disciplinary actions

• Strong business insight with the capability to link people decisions to performance results

• Proficient in utilizing data to detect trends and guide actions

• Experience with leadership assessments or development tools is advantageous

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the market, including 25 to 40 percent overnight travel
