This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to execute human resource strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with business objectives and organizational priorities.
β’ Act as the main HR contact for designated client groups, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development.
β’ Lead and facilitate cross-functional HR projects that impact various teams, functions, or locations.
β’ Identify underlying causes of personnel-related issues and create actionable solutions.
β’ Mentor managers on performance management, employee development, goal setting, feedback delivery, and effective leadership.
β’ Conduct and oversee workplace investigations, employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes.
β’ Assist with organizational transformations, restructurings, workforce transitions, and change management initiatives.
β’ Evaluate talent requirements, identify succession risks, and implement talent review and development procedures.
β’ Analyze workforce metrics such as turnover, engagement, hiring, retention, and talent data, providing recommendations for action.
β’ Create and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
β’ Engage in annual HR processes including performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning.
β’ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting strategies, candidate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes.
β’ Work together with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders on enterprise-wide HR programs.
β’ Stay informed about employment laws, HR best practices, and company policies to ensure compliance and manage risk.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
β’ At least 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience or a combination of equivalent work experience.
β’ Proven experience in supporting leaders with employee relations, talent management, employee engagement, onboarding, workforce planning, or organizational effectiveness.
β’ Strong skills in coaching, influencing, communication, and relationship-building, with the capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
β’ Preferred candidates should be located in the Eastern or Central time zones.
β’ Possession of SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or a similar HR certification.
β’ Background in supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering, or supply chain organizations.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
β’ Ability to analyze workforce data, create executive presentations, develop reports, and prepare professional communications and documentation.
β’ Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and workforce analytics to support business decision-making.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
