HR Business Partner – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Analyze and enhance AI-generated outcomes on subjects such as HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, workplace culture, employee relations, and business transformation.

• Assess AI-generated responses for commercial viability, adherence to regulations, and alignment with HR best practices.

• Develop authentic HR scenarios and case studies that reflect your practical experience within real-world organizations.

• Generate scenario variations considering different viewpoints (e.g., HR Business Partner, people leader, executive, board member).

• Detect gaps, oversimplifications, or erroneous assumptions in AI-generated HR materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A seasoned HR Business Partner, HR strategist, people operations leader, talent manager, or a related role.

• Located in and authorized to work within the EU or UK.

• Several years of practical HR experience in areas such as talent management, organizational design, employee relations, or transformative people initiatives.

• Proficient in evaluating HR reasoning, logical consistency, and practical solutions.

• Able to work autonomously and provide structured, critical feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours weekly, with immediate availability.
