HR Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding professional service projects on the ServiceNow platform.

• Oversee all facets of ServiceNow projects for our clients.

• Lead the initiation, execution, and closure of projects.

• Organize and schedule essential workshops, along with development, testing, and deployment activities in collaboration with customers.

• Maintain timely and effective communication with customers, provide status updates, and facilitate executive steering committee meetings.

• Assess risks, foresee potential issues, and take steps to mitigate and resolve them.

• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and principles.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of the products we implement and our customers' business needs.

• Participate in pre-sales activities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience leading Enterprise Software deployments as either a consultant or internal project manager.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Prioritize teamwork by adopting a collaborative mindset.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management implementations is a plus.
