HR Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Provide direct support to the HR Manager in daily operations, assisting in workload management and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing routine inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures, while escalating issues when necessary.

• Assist in core HR functions, including managing time-off requests, employee lifecycle activities, and maintaining HR documentation.

• Help coordinate performance reviews by scheduling, tracking progress, and sending reminders.

• Aid in organizing and prioritizing HR initiatives, ensuring effective management of tasks and deadlines.

• Ensure the accuracy of employee records and HRIS data.

• Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining communication with candidates.

• Support payroll and benefits administration, particularly for employees based in the US.

• Collaborate with international teams to assist with HR reporting and administrative duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a comparable HR support role.

• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (required), with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience with US-based HR processes is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of HR reporting and data tracking.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse, cross-cultural teams, including US stakeholders.

• Capable of explaining HR policies and procedures in a straightforward, supportive way, demonstrating a high level of responsiveness and organizational skills.
