This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Manage and respond to employee requests through the Freshdesk portal (schedule adjustments, PTO requests, name changes, HR inquiries).
• Update and maintain employee records in ADP Workforce Now (HRIS).
• Process onboarding tasks to ensure completion before the start date or within 72 hours.
• Support offboarding processes, including documentation and unemployment management.
• Verify payroll-related data (salaries, timecard adjustments).
• Provide support to employees on HR inquiries through written communication.
• Follow up on missing information (e.g., reasons for resignation, incomplete requests).
• Monitor and notify about expirations of licenses, certifications, or mandatory trainings (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).
• Generate reports from ADP according to leadership requirements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. labor regulations and data confidentiality.
• Over 2 years of experience in payroll, HR support, or human resources administration in the USA.
• Knowledge of payroll systems (preferably ADP Workforce Now).
• Advanced level of English (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of U.S. labor regulations and I-9 documentation.
