This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Maintain precise and current employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Oversee the complete payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
• Calculate and implement statutory deductions, benefits, bonuses, and final settlements.
• Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
• Track attendance, leaves, and timekeeping data for payroll processing.
• Assist in recruitment by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including necessary documentation and clearances.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Prepare regular HR and payroll reports for management and audit purposes.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
• Demonstrated experience in comprehensive payroll processing.
• Solid background in HR operations, including management of employee records and lifecycle.
• Familiarity with timekeeping, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• High level of accuracy in data management, reporting, and audit support.
• Experience in recruitment coordination and HR administrative functions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
