This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Offer guidance and resolution for HR-related issues encompassing benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, and additional HR services.
β’ Provide tailored HR support via chat, phone, and case management.
β’ Track case volumes to ensure timely and effective responses and resolutions.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance the workforce experience continuously.
β’ Collaborate with centers of excellence to refine programs and services based on feedback from customers.
β’ Disseminate relevant information to internal and external business partners.
β’ Support the planning and execution of HR programs and initiatives aimed at bolstering performance culture and employee engagement.
β’ Guide users in utilizing HR technology systems and SaaS applications.
β’ Engage in HR projects and initiatives designed to enhance the employee experience.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
β’ Proven experience in supporting comprehensive HR services, including leave of absence, payroll, and benefits, with an emphasis on the employee experience.
β’ Ability to mentor people leaders and employees effectively.
β’ Strong collaboration skills in a virtual, global setting.
β’ Excellent attention to detail.
β’ A mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
β’ Comfort with extensive technology use and handling a high volume of contacts.
β’ Availability during regular business hours, with the expectation of occasional overtime.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree is preferred.
β’ SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred.
