This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Overseeing daily HR administration and addressing employee inquiries through the shared HR inbox.
β’ Facilitating onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless and compliant employee experience.
β’ Drafting, distributing, and monitoring HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and policy revisions.
β’ Keeping precise employee records within HR systems, guaranteeing data accuracy at all times.
β’ Collaborating with IT, Finance, Operations, and management to support comprehensive HR processes.
β’ Assisting in benefits management, tracking absences, and managing employee lifecycle transitions.
β’ Aiding in HR reporting, audits, and compliance efforts, including documentation aligned with ISO standards.
β’ Supporting HR meetings by taking notes and monitoring actions and follow-ups.
β’ Recognizing process deficiencies and contributing to ongoing enhancements within HR operations.
β’ Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or support in people operations.
β’ Solid understanding of HR processes and foundational elements of UK employment law.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
β’ Experience utilizing HR systems (HRIS) and managing employee data.
β’ Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information with care.
β’ Proactive, organized, and focused on finding solutions.
