This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Accurately manage all employee modifications within the HRIS (such as new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and reporting line modifications).
β’ Oversee the creation and upkeep of detailed employee records and official personnel files.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers through the HR Service Desk, addressing initial inquiries.
β’ Handle the comprehensive, end-to-end processing of employee information within the HRIS.
β’ Conduct peer reviews of data entries to reduce administrative errors.
β’ Ensure the utmost level of data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.
β’ Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation in administrative tasks to redesign and develop Standard Operating Procedures.
β’ Execute file audits and conduct regular compliance reviews.
β’ Process employment verifications, which include right-to-work checks, background screenings, and reference checks.
β’ Stay updated on local labor law changes to support necessary policy modifications.
β’ Ensure all HR documentation remains current and adheres to regulatory requirements.
β’ Oversee the complete benefits administration cycle, encompassing invoice processing and reconciliation.
β’ Serve as the main liaison with benefit providers to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
β’ Provide assistance with complex employee benefit-related inquiries.
β’ Generate essential and recurring HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and absence data.
β’ Prepare detailed dashboards and structured reports for management review.
β’ Deliver accurate and timely information to internal stakeholders throughout the organization.
β’ Provide crucial administrative and coordination support for various HR projects.
β’ Ensure all assigned project tasks are completed promptly and within set deadlines.
β’ Actively engage in HR projects by contributing relevant data and insights.
β’ Attend project meetings and successfully achieve assigned project milestones.
β’ Professional experience in HR administration.
β’ A strong, demonstrated understanding of regional employment practices.
β’ Experience in EMEA (Europe-Middle East-Africa) or multi-region HR settings is highly preferred.
β’ Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong skills in data reporting.
β’ Possesses an analytical and data-driven mindset.
β’ Strong focus on process improvement and optimization.
